Processing Times

All orders are handmade and packed with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship Worldwide! Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS

  • DHL (for international orders)

Shipping in Warmer Weather

Because our whipped shea butter is made with natural ingredients and no synthetic stabilizers, it may soften or melt in high temperatures during shipping. If your product arrives melted:

  • Place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.

  • The texture may change, but the quality and benefits remain intact.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@sowanaskincare.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please reach out to the carrier or contact us—we’re happy to help resolve it.
